The version streamed was a rehearsal streamed live on 3 July 2013, at Paisley Park Studios, Chanhassen, MN, USA. No studio version is believed to exist, but had been commonly performed by Prince since 2008, usually with lead vocals by Shelby J.. A live version of the song (from the show given on 28 April 2011 at The Forum, Inglewood, California, USA) was included on the Blu-ray of the deluxe edition of the posthumous Welcome 2 America album released in 2021.
