Lovin’ Cup is the second track on 94 East’s first collection of studio recordings Minneapolis Genius, featuring Prince on guitar and synthesizer. The track has featured on every collection of 94 East’s early recordings. In 1992, it was included as the second track on the second disc of Minneapolis Genius - Featuring Prince. In 1995, the original, previously-unreleased, version was included as the third track on the first disc of Symbolic Beginning (re-released in 1999 as The Legends Collection). In 2000, it was included as the third track on 94 East Featuring Prince. Also in 2000, it was included as the first track on the second disc of One Man Jam. In 2002, it was included as the third track on the first disc of If You Feel Like Dancin’.
