No Call U is a song recorded on 23 July 1982 at Prince’s Kiowa Trail Home Studio in Chanhassen, Minnesota. The song is a fast rockabilly-style song in the vein of Jack U Off and Turn It Up. It is not known, if it was intended for Prince’s next album (which became 1999) or any other project. Vocals were also recorded by Vanity 6 for the track in 1982, although it was not included on any known configuration of the Vanity 6 album. At some point Jill Jones also recorded lead vocal overdubs, (possibly in New York, where she recorded parts for her album without Prince), but the track was not included on any known configuration of the Jill Jones album.
The song with Prince’s vocals was released in 2019 as the sixth track on the Vault Tracks part 2 disc of a Super Deluxe Edition edition of the 1999 album.
The track is often incorrectly referred to as U Call Me.

- The released mix of this track was done by Niko Bolas specifically for the 1999 Super Deluxe Edition release. It was made to replicate the original mix from the time the song was initially tracked, as much as possible. So even when a slightly different mix of this track might exist, the now released version is not considered a true alternate mix of the track.
