Partyman / Cool (a.k.a. Prince Du Parc) is a 7" single sold exclusively through the Paris Saint-Germain football team’s official website alongside the announcement of exclusive apparel as a collaboration between Paris Saint-Germain and The Prince Estate. The single’s a-side is the single edit of Partyman previously released on the Partyman single in 1989, while the b-side is a live version of Cool from Prince and 3rdEyeGirl’s final show in Paris, 1 June 2014, Le Zénith, Paris, France (2nd show). The b-side is labeled as "previously unreleased," and while this is technically true, the performance had been broadcast in November 2015 as part of the "Crazy2Cool" medley from the show on 89.3 The Current, with video of the 21-minute medley also being made available to stream on Tidal starting the following month.

The single is only available on purple vinyl, and was available to purchase in-person on the day of release with no advance notice.

Although labeled as a Single Edit, the record contains the album version of Partyman (Batman, complete with its intro sampled from the film).

The Prince Du Parc title often used in reference to this single is a pun on the name of Paris Saint-Germain’s stadium, Parc des Princes. Of note is that the cover image by Jeff Katz had also been used for promotion of Prince’s only live show at the stadium, 16 June, 1990, Parc des Princes, Paris, France - the eleventh date on the Nude Tour - but neither track on the single was recorded at the show. Partyman was performed at the show, but Cool was not performed by Prince until much later in his career.
