Stay Cool is believed to be an unreleased song. Handwritten lyrics using this title were found on a music stand in Paisley Park Studios Studio A following Prince's death on 21 April 2016 (in front of typed lyrics for Look At Me, Look At U), but whether Prince recorded the song or not is unconfirmed.

The lyrics were first seen on NBC's Today show's preview tour of the Paisley Park Studios museum tour on 5 October 2016, the day before the museum's official opening.
