Story Of You & I is the eighth song on Andy Allo’s second album Superconductor (her first on NPG Records). Prince appears on unidentified instrumentation on the track. A live version of the track was also included as a bonus track on the USB version of the album, released in April 2014.

While specific recording dates are not known, it is assumed to have been recorded in Summer 2011 - early 2012 at either Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota, Record Plant, Los Angeles, California or Powerplay Studios, Maur, Switzerland.
