U Will B was first streamed (as U Will B (demo duet)) on Andy Allo Facebook page on 25 January 2013, with the message:
"U Will B (demo duet)
Look what I found!! Shhh don’t tell anyone... or tell.. I dare you :)"
.

The song’s lyrics, however, have been performed live by Prince since 5 May 2011, performed over the music of The Question Of U (along with lyrics from The One), later more commonly over the music of Shhh. And from 2014 onwards as part of Little Red Corvette.

The demo version is sparse and seems to be unfinished; it is assumed a more complete studio version exists, but this has not been confirmed. It is not known if this track at any point was intended for Andy Allo’s second album Superconductor or any other project at that point.

In a 2014 interview, Rita Ora mentioned this song as planned for her second, as yet-untitled album, mentioning the lyrics "The taste of you with someone else, like chocolate cake with no milk." She stated that the track was titled Be With Me, then retitled Pink Champagne, before being renamed Champagne Kisses. It is not yet known if any lyrical changes exist between the different variations of the track.

After much delay and many changes Ora’s album was ultimately released as 'Phoenix' in November 2018, omitting the Prince song(s) altogether.

While specific recording dates with Rita Ora of Pink Champagne and Champagne Kisses are not known, it is assumed to have been recorded in late 2013 at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota (along with The Single Most Amazing and Ain’t About To Stop, also planned for her second album). More information will be added as it becomes known.
