With God As My Witness is an unreleased song, assumed to be recorded somewhere between mid-1995 and late 1995, at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota. It was included as the ninth track of the third disc (thirty-first song) on a March/April 1996 configuration of Emancipation, but was removed as work on the album continued. Nothing else is known about the track which remains unreleased.
