While loosely based on the song Cream and one of the other corresponding tracks, Things Have Gotta Change (Tony M. Rap), this can be considered a song in its own right. While labeled an instrumental, the track features several samples of lyrics and phrases, from Cream and Things Have Gotta Change (Tony M. Rap).
