Peace is an unreleased studio album by the New Power Generation, and was worked on in 1999 and 2000, with a planned release in 2001. It is believed that like the previous New Power Generation album Newpower Soul, was the lead vocalist without hiding his appearance on the album.
Little is known about which tracks were to be included on the album. The Peace single indicated that both Peace and 2045: Radical Man were set to be included on the album. Northside has been mentioned in conjunction with the album, but Najee's presence on the track indicates that it was recorded in late 2000 or early 2001, by which point the album may have been abandoned. It is possible, based on the single The Daisy Chain being credited to the New Power Generation, that both The Daisy Chain and Gamillah were also intended for the album, but this has not been verified, and Najee also appears on Gamillah, indicating that it may have been recorded later.
It is not known why the album was abandoned, but the tracks known to have been planned for inclusion were all included on The Slaughterhouse (or, in the case of Gamillah, The Chocolate Invasion).
