At Last... "The Lost Is Found" is the third track on the The NPG Orchestra’s first and only album Kamasutra, initially released on cassette in 1997 (the album was later included as a bonus CD on the direct order version of Crystal Ball, Prince’s 20th album Crystal Ball, the fourth album to be credited to ).
Basic tracking dates are unknown, but it is likely that the track was recorded between 1994 - early 1995 at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota, with orchestral overdubs by Clare Fischer’s orchestra at Ocean Way Recording, Hollywood, California.
