Billy is an unreleased track, thought to have been improvised on the spot during a soundcheck or rehearsal in 1983 (where Prince also taught the chords of Strange Relationship to the band). The track is mostly made up of Prince playing guitar for around 45 minutes, with some improvised lyrics about how funky Billy's sunglasses are ("Billy" is confirmed to refer to Billy Sparks). Interestingly a similar kind of line about sunglasses was used in the song Wally, which was released in September 2020 on the Sign O’ The Times Super Deluxe Edition.
