No studio version is known to exist, and it is not known if the track was ever intended for Purple Rain or any other project. The lyrics of the song are sung in Prince’s "Jamie Starr" voice, suggesting that the track may have been done with The Time in mind. The narrator in the song is tired of his lover, because all she offers him are "cold coffee and cocaine."
