She Loves Me 4 Me is the eleventh track on Prince’s 24th album The Rainbow Children, his first album after reverting to the name Prince, and, in late 2001, She Loves Me 4 Me was available as a promotional single (as well as a four-track "Jazz Sampler"), in addition to a free download through www.rainbowchildren.com on 10 December 2001.

Specific recording dates are unknown, but it is likely that basic tracking took place in late 2000 or early 2001 at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota.
