The Drama is the 14th and final track (13th song) on Chaka Khan's tenth solo studio album Come 2 My House. The song was written and produced by Kirk Johnson, but features Prince (as SymbolSmallerBlue.png) singing background vocals, and possibly also playing some instruments, although this is unverified.

While specific recording dates are not known, initial tracking took place between November, 1997, and January, 1998, at Paisley Park Studios, Chanhassen, MN, USA. It was included as the ninth track on a February, 1998 configuration of Come 2 My House, before the tracklist was revised for the final release.
