The Juice is an unreleased song by Carmen Electra, recorded on 10 July 1991 at Paisley Park Studios, Chanhassen, MN, USA), with saxophone and flute overdubs by Eric Leeds recorded the same day. It was included as a CD-only bonus track, the 14th and final track, on a 15 June 1992 configuration of her album, then titled On Top (with the artist credit "Carmen"). The song was ultimately rejected from the album, however, and the album was renamed Carmen Electra. It was likely written and produced by Prince, who also played most of the instruments. The song contains a sample of James Brown saying "turn it up" (the origin of this sample is unknown, however). In mid-September 1993, the song was tried out during early sessions for Mayte's first album Child Of The Sun, also at Paisley Park Studios, although the song may have been used only to determine appropriate song styles for Mayte; details of her version are not known.
