Until U’re In My Arms Again is the third track on the New Power Generation’s third and final ’solo' album Newpower Soul.
While specific recording dates are unknown, the album was recorded between May 1997 and February 1998, at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota. Orchestra recordings by Clare Fischer were recorded in Los Angeles, California at some point between mid-1997 and Spring 1998.
The song is speculated to have been written about the death of Prince and Mayte’s child in late 1996, but this has not been confirmed.
