Ice Cream Castles is the third video by The Time released for broadcast and to promote the single. It showcases the new line-up with Jerry Hubbard, Mark Cardenas and Paul Peterson replacing Terry Lewis, Jimmy Jam and Monte Moir. The group was disbanded shortly afterwards. The video was directed by Chris Gabrin and shot on 9 or 10 March 1984 in Los Angeles, California. The cover art for the Ice Cream Castle album was shot on that day.

In this video, Morris Day and the band perform the song in a castle, surrounded by dozens of women.

Ice Cream Castles was uploaded on Rhino’s official Youtube channel in October 2021.
