Raspberry Beret is a Prince and the Revolution video released for broadcast and to promote the single.

Shooting took place on 5 June 1985 at S.I.R. in Los Angeles, California, the day after recording a video for 4 The Tears In Your Eyes. Wardrobe wise, Prince and The Revolution wear the same outfit as the characters on the Around The World In A Day album cover. Producer Simon Fields revealed that they filmed a whole video, "then Prince got a Japanese animator to do a completely different video and we mashed the two up".

Of note, the version of the song is an edit of the Extended Remix (also called New Mix).

The video was included on The Hits Collection in 1993.

	Raspberry Beret Raspberry Beret (single)	Actress Jackie Swanson who later played Kelly Gaines in the sitcom Cheers appears in this video as the girl who hands Prince his guitar. Another 'known' person in the video is actor/guitarist Pat Smear (who later played with Nirvana and Foo Fighters but who during this period acted as an extra in movies such as Blade Runner and Howard The Duck). Smear appears in the video with long dreadlocks. Of note Wendy Melvoin plays the Taylor 12-string purple acoustic guitar seen previously in 4 The Tears In You Eyes. Footage of Raspberry Beret was later included in the Sister Fate (by Sheila E.) and Purple Medley videos.
