Earlier in the day it was streamed on 3rd Eye Girl YouTube channel and as an audio-only track on Minnesota public radio station The Current's website, after the track was sent to two fans (Jester Jenkins and JAK3vision) the previous evening for them to premiere on their respective YouTube channels.

Jester Jenkins, who published a download link of the track in the comments to his video, instead of simply streaming it, was asked to remove it, and publicized instead that the track would be available shortly on 3rdEyeGirl.com.

The track's lead vocals are performed by Hannah Ford, Donna Grantis and Ida Nielsen. The song's lyrics were written by Liv Warfield and the music was written by Prince, who also appears on background vocals. It is assumed that Prince also produced the track, but this has not been confirmed.
