Hot Wit U (Nasty Girl Remix) is a Prince video streamed on Real.com website on 24 May 2000 (later included on NPGOnlineLtd.com). A 12" vinyl single was planned for release in Summer 2000 but canceled for unknown reason. Interestingly, the video is for the remix version of the song as it appeared on Rave In2 The Joy Fantastic (released the following year) and most likely the planned maxi-single. There is no known video for the original Rave Un2 The Joy Fantastic version. Hot Wit U (Nasty Girl Remix) was shot in late 1999 - early 2000 at Paisley Park Studios, Chanhassen and around Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dancer Desray Junca, who made her first appearance in The Greatest Romance Ever Sold, is once again featured. Bearing some similarities with the Gett Off (Houstyle) video, Hot Wit U (Nasty Girl Remix) features three sexy dancers (including Geneva who became a dancer in The NPG band) doing suggestive and provocative moves. It is one of Prince’s raunchiest video of the 2000 decade, with among others, a scene with a woman doing a full strip tease in the street. Of note, still pictures from this video were used for the back cover of the Supercute / Underneath The Cream single. At the time of shooting, Prince still went under the name . It was the first video released after he reverted back to his given name. Hot Wit U (Nasty Girl Remix), never delivred to television channels, marks the end of Prince’s collaboration with Arista Records and the beginning of independantly-produced videos released primarly (and sometimes exclusively) on the internet via his official websites (NPGOnlineLtd.com, NPG Music Club....).
