I Wanna Be Held 2 Night is an unreleased song recorded on 19 May 1993, during a stretch of sessions primarily focused on the Glam Slam Ulysses stage-show. It is unknown if this song was intended for this or any other project.

Kirk Johnson and Kathleen Johnson also wrote a song titled I Wanna Be Held 2 Night for their band TKO’' (and released on their album Thought U Knew which was partially recorded at Paisley Park Studios, Chanhassen, MN, USA in 1995), but this is an entirely different track. Prince’s song remains unreleased.

	Unreleased Songs	This song did not follow the one-word song title 'rule' that Prince was using for many songs recorded at the time, indicating that it was not recorded with the Glam Slam Ulysses stage-show in mind. Although the aforementioned TKO’' 1995 album, Thought U Knew contains contributions from several of his associates and engineers (Kirk Johnson, Mike Scott, the NPG Hornz, Hans- Martin Buff among others) and was partially recorded at Paisley Park Studios, Prince was not involved in this project led by Kirk Johnson.
