Jump And Shout is an unreleased track by Graham Central Station recorded in 1997 at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota, for inclusion on the album GCS 2000. Horn overdubs took place on 3 December 1997, also at Paisley Park Studios. Jump And Shout was written by Larry Graham, but it is believed that produced and performed musically on the track.
Jump And Shout was placed as the second track on an early configuration of Graham Central Station’s GCS 2000, but was removed as the album progressed. It was played from CD by the DJ during an intermission at an aftershow on 1 January 1998 (a.m.), The Roxy, Houston, TX, USA. The track remains unreleased.
