Just B My Lady is the fourth track on Graham Central Station’s eighth studio album GCS 2000. The track is an updated version of the track Just Be My Lady, the first track on Larry Graham’s third ’solo' album, Just Be My Lady (from 1981, also released as a single). The song was written by Larry Graham, and produced by Larry Graham and Prince (as ), who also appears as a musician.

While specific recording dates are not known, basic tracking took place between November 1997, and January 1998, at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota.
