Same Page, Different Book (or Same Page Different Book) is the eighth song of the tenth posthumous album Welcome 2 America released in 2021 (the first full previously-unreleased studio album of Prince material). The song was first streamed as audio only over a static video on 3rd Eye Girl YouTube channel on 6 January 2013. Same Page, Different Book was recorded at Paisley Park Studios in Chanhassen, Minnesota during sessions that yielded material for the unreleased album Welcome 2 America. A tape photographed in Prince’s vault at Paisley Park Studios lists it as 11 March 2010 alluding the exact date for the recording, together with 1000 Light Years From Here (listed here as ...From Here).
