Irresistible Bitch was released as the b-side of the single Let's Pretend We're Married, the fourth and final single from Prince's fifth album 1999.

In 1993, it was included as the eleventh track on The B-Sides compilation (included as the third and final disc on The Hits / The B-Sides).

In 2019, the original 1981 recording (mixed together with Feel U Up) was released as the second track on the Vault Tracks part 1 disc of a Super Deluxe edition of the 1999 album.
